Sharon Bungo has over 25 years of experience in a GLP Immunoanalytical Contract Laboratory, including assay development and troubleshooting of radioimmunoassays, ELISAs, and electrochemiluminescent assays. Sharon currently is a Senior Manager responsible for Project Management in the BioPharmaceuticals Division of AVANZA Laboratories. She has over 20 years of supervisory and project management experience, providing technical and regulatory oversight of client studies. Dr. Mimi Guebre Xabier has over 12 years experience in the development of scientific projects to advance vaccine and new drug research programs from pre-clinical to early stage clinical trials. Currently, Mimi is Manager for Bioassay development in the BioPharmaceuticals Department at AVANZALaboratories LLC. In this position she is responsible for the development and validation of cell based assays including neutralizing antibody assays (NAB), toxin neutralization assays (TNA) as well as other immune based methodologies.
